How does this work in relation to the permissions?

  "Hide Airdrop's content": false,
  "Hide CH47 crate content": false,​

If I have these settings set to false, but give someone the permissions do they see the contents?
If you set this to true does that mean no one requires permissions to see the contents?
What takes priority?

Permission is a priority, this option allows you to hide the name of the items. Instead we display the number of items
