So i tried doing this, i have a little bit of expierence with programming, i tried to add more items to a file it didnt work, it deleted it and replaced with the standard one? what am i doing wrong?

Add the item, not the container. Also you "closed" the list of containers and added a new container, that's not allowed sure because it's outside the container list
