Boxes are stacking all over map

So I was adding bunch of plugins and after I reloaded the server, boxes all over the map started to stack on top of each other, and even the elite boxes on top of regular dropping m249 and stuff. I was trying to change bunch of stuff but nothing worked, I ended up deleting all plugins that had to do with boxes.. the issue didn't disappear I don't know what to do :/ anyone had similiar problem? Or know how to do that?

I think it's the game spawning boxes in each other, not sure how they happen to be on top for you. But the "in each other" is definitely a game issue because many other plugins manually remove duplicate boxes.
