I mean so someone with a permission could only save a maximum of 3 smoke grenades TOTAL out of all available containers or a permission to restrict them 0.

Eh, I mean if I wanted someone to be able to save only 1 m249 instead of 6 across their hotbar so they don't spam 5.56 for minutes on end... Or 5.56 raid with them by respawning on repeat.
