With the latest game update (4/09/2020) the changes made to the Searchlight has rendered the Mod inopperable. 
Receiving this error message when tring to compile it:?>"

Error while compiling: LightsOn.cs(1546,10): error CS1061: Type `SearchLight' does not contain a definition for `secondsRemaining' and no extension method `secondsRemaining' of type `SearchLight' could be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Experiencing this too. 

Same. The update broke the plugin. It just needs an update.

I have been testing it and will release it today.
