I have the config set to
"Hats do not use fuel (true/false)": false,
They need fuel to run. But it's never consumed.
Hats aren't consuming fuelFixed

Thank you. It might just be my server. It's like 327% plugins. But if there's a fix for it that'll be awesome. My players have it too easy :)
Added the missing check for hats so you can make them burn fuel.
