Helis seem to regenerate health often.

This is similar to the other post from a few years back. We're having some of the attack helis regenerate full health several times over before finally going down. This is with the helis called as punishments. The death animation starts but just before they should explode they lift back up with full health, not the health set in the config but 10K like a normal patrol heli. I've tried commenting out the line mentioned in the other message and that makes the helis act odd, some hover over a player until shot at while others leave and roam the map. They do go down as expected but they now fire rockets at players. Are there any ideas or suggestions to possibly fix this or a list of known conflicting plugins available?

For my server, the problem seems to be a conflict with Automated Events (wasn't using it for helicopters, just an extra cargo ship). About 90% of the helis spawned as punishments bugged out and regained a full 10k health, sometimes multiple times over, before finally crashing. After Automated Events was removed the punishment helis seem to be working as they should. Heli Control may be another conflicting plugin. Once removed the helis could be taken down normally without regaining 10K health multiple times.
