The plugin does not respond to commands in the chat. It does not output entries when killing a player or an animal. The plugin is loaded in the console.
Plugin does not display messages
Same thing happening with me plugin is no longer showing the kills at the top. Also getting a flood of errors when re-loading the plugin:

The Solution:
Replace all http:// with https:// as the Rust client now requires secure connections
