There are existing kill counters for Rust that should be pretty much the same.
so there is a plugin that send messages to everyone and also Top killers broadcasting, because I could only find "kill streaks"

No This isn't what im looking for. I'm already using DeathNotes to display real time kill events. I need a plugin the announces top killers, how many kills etc
