So today I thought the plugin wiped old data from me wiping the server. However I notice that some players still have their old stats. Does the GUI become blank on wipes and then update with the old info for old returning players? Or am I having some sort of issue?

The map wiping has nothing to do with the plugin. To delete the data, delete the database folder for KDRGUI while your server is offline.

What I'm saying is some of the data "looks" like it was deleted on the GUI.... however I noticed that returning players for this wipe still have their stats. So does the GUI re-populate with the old data as those players log in for the new wipe? I thought it was strange that it did this for just a map wipe as well. Didn't touch the data files, didn't wipe player data.
Basically I am only wiping ranks and stats once per month.
You are correct in recognizing this problem. It occurs randomly when players are offline and not display their data correctly until they come back online. It has nothing to do with the map wipe. It will be fixed in the upcoming update.
