I have a PvE server and JPipes can be destroyed no matter what flags you try to do. I know when you hit the pipe with a Hammer it'll show you the Owner but when you actually check to see who owns that "low wall" it's unknown. It would greatly help if the Owner was assign to the pipe when placed.
