skins not working with or without permission. went through plugins, not finding one that has a skin option

This plugin randomizes skins when you craft them and such, it doesn't allow selection. Other crafting plugins will also conflict.
when crafting nothing happens, I have no other plugins with skin options on. it was working fine until the patch.
