You either do not have the plugin loaded else you didn't enable the permission in the config file for the plugin.

You have to enable permissions in the plugin's config file if you want to use them with it.

Already authorized, but still no skin

If you enabled the permission and granted it, then the only reason why you wouldn’t see a skin would be if another crafting plugin is conflicting.

I have not installed other mods.

It's something you have OR haven't done correctly. Mine is still working flawlessly.
