hello, how do i enable permission on the mod config file so i can give perm to use it ingame and fix the permission does not exist that i get?

The permission is available by default. Make sure you are updated and not using an old version and that the plugin is actually loaded.

The plugin should not be doing that, but that means that the configuration you have is invalid and needs to be removed.
