Trying to damage a foundation gives a no permission message

I know it's not maintained but if anyone could give some assistance it would be much appreciated.

It works by making foundations invulnerable, just don't want the message.

Delete the 6 lines containing
SendReply(attacker, lang.GetMessage("NoPerm", this, attacker.UserIDString));​
