Can't get instant crafting to workNot An Issue

Installed the mod, given access (oxide.grant group admin instantcraft.use), put instantcraft.use into the console (both on server and client).  doing instantcraft.use on the console - gives the error Command 'instantcraft.use' not found.  Verified that it is in the plugins folder.

Below is my .json file

put instantcraft.use into the console (both on server and client). ​

Then what actually starts it?  Its shows as installed in the server manager, but nothing is instant craft?

If its loaded, only way here that you dont have permission
