I do not want to use urls for icons because sometimes my server's protection can block them to be downloaded to player so I am asking if it is possible to upload those pngs to server files and getting them directly from server files? is it possible?

Unsure, never played around with local files.
I can take a look at how the hit markers plugin does it however.
