I just set up a new server and used the files from my other server. Info Panel works there.
But after the server start the panel didn't appear.
So I deleted my files, downloaded the cs file again and reloaded. The panel was there.
Then I had issues when copying over my old config and reloading.
This worked first but when changing something to the config and copying and reloading again the panel was gone again.
Tried these steps like 3-4 times again til it somehow worked.
But now when reconnecting to the server I don't see the panel anymore but my mate who has been online all
the time still sees it.

My mate experiences the same issue.
After disconnecting and relogging the info panel is gone for him too.
