I know there is a set color 0 0 0 0.4 which is basically that translucent black we see. but how can one, extend or shorten that background without affecting everything that is attached to {example - BottomLeftDock}.  If you change the height or width inside "Docks" all icons that are attached to that Dock parameter gets changed on height and width.  I love the fact that you can do "group" changes but . . . 

I have no idea on how that preset translucent black background can be extended longer or shortened.  Currently, I just turned it off by setting the background color 0, 0, 0, 0.  Would it be a change that needs to be done in the C# file? / Class BasePanelConfig?

Any help on what direction to go would be great.
