Everytime the server restarts this plugin doesn't appear to load ... I have to manually reload it, and then it works again. This by design, or a bug with the recent updates?

I didn't see anything that would cause that, nor did I experience the same thing.
Let me know if you see any errors or unloading in the console upon server restart!

Fixed, try that, if it doesnt work from there ill have to look into it further.
