It works on two of my servers.

no error when i type in the coman and have given myself permittions it dosnt pop up in chat and dosnt activate
Without an error, it is difficult to tell you what's wrong.
Try deleting your config and lang files and reload the plugin with a fresh install.
ive come back after some time away still this plugin dosnt work

yeah i did that and fresh installed then i go to type in chat and nothing happens one sec ill see if i can get a log or the error from my web console

if i fire while its turned on i get this but then still have to reload manually and it still takes my ammo
When you say you are doing a "fresh install" Please tell me the steps you are taking to do this... Because based on the error it looks like the plugin is pointing to a corrupted data file in /oxide/data
The file here is InfiniteAmmo.json. Please follow these steps
1. Power off Rust server
2. Remove InfiniteAmmo.json in /oxide/data/
3. Check plugin version is latest (1.3.0)
4. Power on Rust server
5. Test again...
i delete the data the config the lauguage and plugin then fresh install straight from u mod ive just tried again see what happens once the server is back online

its worked this time duno why it didnt the last anyway thanks for the help its greatly apreciated now i can get back to testing and adding mods
Glad to hear it's working now.
Pro Tip: When you have corrupted data files, you HAVE to unload or remove the plugin first before you delete the file. Most plugins cache this data and it gets loaded directly from memory.
Config and Lang files don't have this issue typically :)
