Great plugin! Thanks for sharing.

I know you said you have not much time to do some more reworks on this plugin but maybe this is not such a big deal (i really hope).
Can you do it so that this will be activate as soon as someone has the permission instead of chat command?

Reason: 
I use a plugin where i change from admin rights with admin title viewable for everyone to user default rights without any special admin rights like a default normal player would have. Would be great when infinite ammo will be diabled as soon as i have no admin permission so i don't have to write the chat command every time.

Or maybe someone other can help me out with this one?
