You can try using the timed-events plugin,Use it disable default spawns.
E.g.
Set the following in TimedEvents.json,
"4. CH47 settings:": {
"1. Disable default spawns": true,
"2. Minimal respawn time (in seconds)": 3600,
"3. Maximal respawn time (in seconds)": 7200,
"4. Minimal amount that spawned by once":0,
"5. Maximal amount that spawned by once": 0
},
Your server will not spawn CH47,However, Inbound still tells us that CH47 spawn, which is a mistake.
