1. console spam after initalization

[LUI] You're trying to load an image from ImageDatabase 'https://rust-burn.com/category_0.png' which doesn't exist.

2. skin id items are not displayed in NPCShop plugin, which worked fine prior force wipe. it could be that custom definition items might not play nice with the latest changes introduces to imglib.

steam api is set in cfg. "Steam API key (get one here https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey)":

also unloaded the imagelibrary and deleted it's data folder.
