how to fix Image failed to download! Error: HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests

I got intouch with the Dev its 100% Imgur putting restiction becuase we are rquesting too many images at once nothing we can do about it

So we really can't do anything about it ? there is no fixes ?

Unless you can get ahold of IMgur and demand a higher quote/request then no 

The solution is to stop using imgur and ask developers to host their images on another website, their own domain, or drives. You can save each image yourself, upload them to another site, and modify them in the .cs file of each plugin. I did that. It's tedious and time-consuming, but unfortunately necessary for a faster solution. The problem truly lies with imgur, not the image library.

I agree but i don't know any other website for this, i'm pretty new to this tbh

There is imgbox and Dropbox. I used Dropbox, all you have to do is when you get the link, at the end of the link it comes with "?dl=0," you change it to "?dl=1," and replace the imgur link with it.

You're right it's Imgur, but I have a feeling that it's more than just simply too many requests. I think it's too many requests too quickly, or possibly (more likely?) Imgur are detecting that it's not a browser that's calling the image. The reason I think this is because if the images are called in a browser using a Firefox Addon called Session Manager so that multiple tabs open all at the same time, it works fine. Some of these images are public, some are personal ones just uploaded. But if I reload a plugin with multiple images in it such as RaidProtection, they fail. I could be wrong, but it seems like Imgur are blocking non-browser requests, causing the errors in console.

The only person who could properly test this by throttling any requests to Imgur via ImageLibrary is @k1lly0u so hopefully... 😉

In the meantime I'm going to start storing all my images needed by plugin on my own website as suggested by @Morcelli however you shouldn't need to edit the CS file as in most cases you can edit the config of the individual plugin to change the location of the image requests. e.g.

Yeah your right in saying its not just Imgur thats the issue here. If @k1lly0u Was to lets say slow down the request time its possible Imgur would allow it and it could fix everything for everyone but you would have to convince to update this plugin to allow it.
