For the many many threads of support about images not showing, this plugin was abandoned, as well as the database "rustedit" that the images are pulled from. I instead use the "rustlabs" image database, which works as of today.
If you wish to switch to the rustlabs image database, open your Config file and change the "URL to web folder..." address to this:
https://rustlabs.com/img/items180/This is the only workaround I know, as rustlabs does have new images for additions in recent patches.
