since the update from a couple months ago, my server now takes 15-20 minutes to boot up as image library painstakingly goes through each plugin to do whatever it does. I'm thankful for the work that goes into these plugins but is there any way to get it running quickly again?

oh never mind. it would help if i actually updated the server first. fml.

Well for me, what happened is Facepalm issued a patch and it messed up the boot. It'd always mess up during image-library doing it's thing. All I had to do was update the server. Maybe you'll get the same result
