I really need help b/c when I try buy a room it says I dont have the required permision

okay.. when you setup the hotel did you set a permission on the hotel? "/hotel permission XX " If so you will need to give yourself that permission to rent a room.. Admins are not automatically given the permission if you dont want players to need a permission you can clear this setting.
