One The seat I guess might not work with Horse Storage.
Two When you copy and paste building with horses next to it spawns extra invisible chair that can't be remove easily without using Remove in admin mode and guessing where the chair is. That was fun.

And the Trough breaks when you kill the horse/s and it breaks signs that are close.
