Well, make it where you can allow people to use noclip,&  enter or not enter the area with adding them to your "Whitelist"

I'm not sure what you are asking for exactly; could you clarify?

In the Rust server "Intoxicated Build Server", and yes they have their own engines running instead of plugins. But have a feature where players can have an option to whitelist the player into the zone, and perms of using the "Home Protection". Also this Noclip is not allowed when around the perimeter, would like to request if a .json file can be created for features like this is be enabled/disabled.
