I was wondering if there were any more formatting options I can use for the help page, 

for example: Center alignment, Text size and underline.

1. Alignment not possible
2. Underline not possible
3. Text size can be done with either [+12]text[/+] universally, or text for games such as Rust
4. Bold [b][/b] and italic [i][/i] are also available
