Invert permission to use rather than disableSolved

Instead of disabling, I would suggest to make it a "able to use" permission.

What if you want to enable hovering for admins only? Adding "disable" to "default" also disables it for admins

I won't invert the permission in case other people like it how it is, however I will add another option to the config to only enable the plugin for admins.

Please do this, I am having problems beyond reason due to this disable permission.

If they have multiple groups as well, if one has the deny permission, no one can spawn it.

I've added this in the latest update. Due to it changing the config you may need to either generate a new config file or tweak it. (Deleting the config file will make the plugin generate a new one).

It was not fixed. 

If one group the user is in has the no use permission, then every other group the person in does not matter because it sees it one time. 

So if I have 
Owner
Admin
Verified 
Default 

And default can't spawn them, then no other ranks can. I can't limit my users to only one group either. So this needs to be fixed to function properly

By default a permission should be a "permission" to do something, not an exclusion. It makes no sense.
