That will just show when you load or unload the plugin.

Oh there use to be a message in your plugin page with the patrol helicopter chat message.  I just thought that we could edit that to say stuff like "A Zombie Killing Patrol Helicopter is out!"

There aren't any actual player messages coming from this plugin last I looked l. The other messages don't really need localization.
