It seems my cooldowns and limits aren't working. I'm not sure if this is on all servers and due to an update, but everything seemed fine last wipe.

I've checked the config and all values are as they should be.

Those are the setting that have not changed since I set the server up, players had cooldowns last wipe and now they're spamming helis.

Forget I said anything... turns out it was actually helicontrol.callheli which was ignoring the limits. Just one of the groups had that permission enabled. I'll leave the post here, somone else is bound to run into the same issue.
