Any ideas what could be causing this? I already reinstalled the plugins

additional info: it happens both on normal spawns or when calling them in or through helivote.
It happens both when shooting them down or forcefully killing them. I havent set prevent crates from spawning when forcefully killing them to true, its set to false. But this setting doesnt seem to be doing anything.

It worked fine yesterday.
