Yeah man I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. If you have a look at the previous thread, I received no response at all. There is a semi workaround if you're interested. Instead of Helicontrol, use Automated events. The basic functionality for setting spawn rates are there for heli, cargo plane, cargo ship, chinoock etc. It doesn't have options like choosing the amount of crates to drop, but there are other plugins that can do that. I use AlphaLoot, but I think any other ones might work, but I'm not sure. The point is, I don't think this plugin will be updated as it's mostly deserted and propably shouldn't even be on here. Yes, the last update was a year ago and there is an alternative to it,
but you must buy it, which is Heli Tiers. 
I have tried more than one addon here and I did not find anything that increases the health of the helicopter because I want to increase its health and strength on my server.

 

 

 

 

 

The best I found is to use Simple Patrol Signal by yacvaguer. You can just google it. Not automated though, but the option to adjust heli strength, rotor strength and tailrotor strength. Plus it's free.
