when players are taking heli they take it to 0 hp and it gose right back up to 15k wich i have it set it to

I had it set to true, still the heli would re-gain all HP at the last sec. Something is broken with this plugin. I removed it and spawned a new heli and was able to shoot it down. :(
if you have https://umod.org/plugins/wipe-protection its messes with heli you need to use a old version of it i use 2.0.4 of it and it works all good

Have you confirmed this? I don't really see any immediate reason why this would interfere.
