is there a way to call in heli as a protection?
cause i tought this plugin does that but they keep shooting my head off :P

Not with this plugin, no. There are likely other plugins out there that achieve this, public or private, but that kind of thing is a bit out of the scope of HeliControl's intentions (which is to be more of a general configuration plugin).
