Any chance you could tack a cargo spawning config option? Really would like something to make it show up less often

I'm not sure the necessity of having a config option for the cargo ship's spawn times in a plugin for helicopters lol. Is there no publicly available plugin that does this on its own? I'd be surprised if so, but I haven't looked.
