I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking. Could you elaborate a bit more?

They are refering to having Multiple difficulties of the Helicopter that can be spawned.
Example Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite, Super Elite...

Each with their own permission and/or console/chat commands

Each would have its own set of configurable options

Each would also have its own set configurable item list 

This is what they are asking for.

I don't mind the idea, however, I think it is more fitting for a separate plugin. HeliControl has always been intended to be mostly a "configuration" plugin, to change the settings of helicopters. It was always meant to be *fairly* simple. Those features requested could easily take up an entire plugin by having their own separate permissions, console/chat commands, configs and item lists. I don't think this'll be something added to HeliControl.

I agree with ya. I heard there is another plugin that does what they are asking for.. its paid though.
