I have tried installing a fresh copy of Heat,then starting the game, shutting down installed Umod , run the game ,shutdown . Before installing any mods I have gone in game and can't gain any xp. I have done this a couple of times so far and am getting the same results. Is Heat Umod updated to the latest build? Is anyone else having issues?

Yes, it should be updated for it (checking now) and does not change or touch anything related to XP.
