Thanks for all your help LizardMods, I dont have my own server to do thorough testing with other players so this is very helpful.  This one is a little bit harder to figure out though.. I'm not quite sure why its failing other than the fact that it can't find an entry in a dictionary. 

In this particular case is it possible that you have created a new language file and forgot "Headquarter_Founder_Quit_Promoted" or "Headquarter_Founder_Quit_Empty"?  If you delete the old language file does it stop showing that error?  It should be located in oxide/lang/en/Headquarters.json.

If not, it seems to be related to cupboard authorization.  Do you by any chance know what could have happened to cause this?  

might be because there were more then one HQ per group.
