I'm going to start with I know its an old plugin but its a cool plugin if you want the most amount of players on and you would like to give a gift to players online.

I have bee trying for the past couple of days to track down the plugin maker to see if there can be an update I found old threads from Buzz talking about a happy time plugin and then I found myself going to git hub as Münir Ozan Topcu (Feramor) made the original code and there its all gone cold.

The long and the short of this is CAN SOMEONE UPDATE HAPPY HOUR PLEASE it's not working for me and I don't know how to update it or I would do it myself lol 

Gifts are not been given out I have one gift time set for 6 pm GMT and when I log in to test it I don't get the gift.
I would love the plugin to be updated 
any help with this at all.
