I'm a little confused about the instructions. I want to set it so the owner can demolish or rotate an object without any time limit. I thought I was supposed to set DemolishTime and RotateTime to -1.0 but I have no destroy option, even immediately after building. Does this require a TC to be present in order to decide ownership?
