Oh, and yes, I set the permissions for default and admin.

I had changed the code inside the plugin to match what i wanted the shop tobe so like the commands was electricity    ectect   so i had to recode what i changed
  save file of old config and let the plugin make new config and then check to see whats missing or not adding up.

those categorys your using dont match whats inside the plugins .cs file  change the category names to the proper ones and boom should be good, again save the old config file, and have the plugin create new one. see the new categorys and copy over from there.
