I added two commands to our shop config, one spawns a Chinook, the other a car. When I added the car our (borrowed) config had a default cooldown of 86400 (entire day). I changed it to 900, but both oxide.reload and restarting the server don't reset the cooldown for that item in the shop.

Where is that being stored that it isn't being reset?
