is there a way to give money for every certai amount of time. and or a way to give money everytime someone destroys a barrel or etc

This plugin works with Economics which works with Barrel Points and Play Time Rewards.

Looks like Barrel Points hasn't been updated in some time and has no maintainer at the moment so it may be outdated.

There are other plugins that work outside of uMod but are most likely paid and will not be named as they're outside of uMod.
