Each time i have downloaded and edited config file and reloaded the plugin it recreates the config and is again not editable

Any help much appericated

Not really sure how that would happen GUIShop was designed to never reset the config unless it was missing or null, what guishop version are you trying to use?

This post has been resolved in discord. 

The user had multiple errors from stripping out massive sections of the config and missing a few different special characters to make the JSON config valid.

In addition, their config edits had for some reason put the Item list inside the shop category list which is why it was resulting in a full reset overall.

I have manually re-assembled their config and sent it back in discord since pastebin.com is no longer usable for GUIShop configs as they are now far too large for pastebin.coms site.
