how do it make you spawnul a bit from the game and not just on it?

If you're trying to allow players to spawn Bradley at their location, I believe FP added a check that forces Bradley to be at launch site.
If this is not the case, then you will need a external plugin to allow the spawning on Bradley.
I can attempt to add this in, along with the heli and airdrop commands, just give me a few days.
