Weapons category, players can buy one gun at a time, multiples are broken.  I limited qty to one for now.  Have I misconfigured something?

Works fine in my testing.

If you are updating from an old version you need to run /resetconditions
( chat command in-game requires guishop.admin permission )

Are you running stackmodifier by chance? 

I ran the commands but items still wont deposit into inventory, using stack size controller though

Yours sounds like a whole other issue altogether.
